CANCELLATION POLICY

As I value both your time and mine, I kindly require at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule any appointment through here or by reaching out via call/text. Late cancellations will be charged 30% of the scheduled service price, however can be credited toward your next appointment if rebooked within 14 days. Please note: If rebooked service is less than the cancellation charge, the difference is non-refundable and will not be credited towards future services. No call/no shows will not be tolerated, therefore will be charged full service amount and the credit policy does not apply. *Fees may be waived in cases of emergency or illness, at our discretion. All cancellation/rescheduling fees must be paid within 48 hours to keep future appointments/good standing.
